  • How do I place an order?

    Once you have established your Brilliance account and linked it to an Amazon account, ordering is easy. Find items on the site by searching and then add them to your cart. You add as many items as you want. When you are ready to check out, click on the cart button and follow the check-out instructions.

  • How do I order replacements?

    Ordering replacements is easy. Simply find the item you need, add it to your cart, and then under the price click “yes” next to the statement, “Is this a Replacement?” Select the quantity of each component you need replaced. Add the items to your cart. These items will be replaced at no charge. You will be able to order replacements and purchase new product on the same order.

  • Do I have to use Amazon Pay to place an order?

    No. You are still able to purchase from Brilliance using your established account terms. If you prefer to be invoiced and use your preset payment terms, select "Bill to your account - Brilliance Publishing." If you wish to pay by credit card, you must use "Pay with Amazon Pay." If you select the Amazon Pay payment option, your card will be charged at the time of shipment.

  • Does this impact my existing terms?

    No. Your terms as established with Brilliance will remain the same.

  • Will I get shipment confirmations?

    Yes. If you have established e-mail confirmation with Brilliance, you will continue to receive confirmations once your product has been shipped and invoiced. If you are not currently set up to receive e-mail confirmations and wish to receive them, please contact our Customer Service Department at 616-846-5256.

  • How do I know how much I owe?

    Your order confirmation will provide the order total with estimated tax. All orders placed through our website will have free shipping. If you selected Amazon Pay at checkout, your card will be charged at time of shipment. If you selected Brilliance Publishing terms you will owe the full order amount per your terms arrangement.

  • Will unavailable titles be backordered?

    Yes. Any titles placed on an order that have (a) not yet published or (b) are not immediately in stock, will ship as they become available. Items will remain on an order up to 165 days. After this time any remaining items on the order will be automatically canceled.

  • I have never ordered from Brilliance Publishing before. Do I need to set up a Brilliance Publishing account?

    Yes, prior to placing an order on our website you will need to contact our Customer Service Department to establish a Brilliance account. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. You will also need to link your Brilliance account to an Amazon account. Instructions to link your Brilliance and Amazon account can be found here. We recommend establishing a business account with Amazon using business credentials to keep it separate from personal use.

  • Why am I being asked to Login with Amazon?

    Login with Amazon allows you to securely sign in to the Brilliance Publishing website for placing orders using an Amazon user name and password. After pairing an Amazon account with an existing Brilliance Publishing account, any credit cards stored on that Amazon account will be available for making purchases on the Brilliance Publishing website. Brilliance will not be storing credit card information or taking credit cards over phone. Complete instructions can be found here.

  • Do you sell directly to consumers?

    We do not sell our product to individual consumers on this site. Our products can be purchased on or at a local bookstore.

  • How do I add a shipping address to my profile?

    In order to add a shipping address, you must call customer service at 616-846-5256 (hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am 5:00pm EST. You may establish as many default addresses as you want, however they need to be setup by the Brilliance Customer Service.

FAQ Regarding Amazon Pay

  • Are buyers required to have an Amazon account to buy items using Amazon Pay?

    Yes. Amazon Pay uses information that buyers have stored in their Amazon accounts. We provide a way for buyers to create an account during the purchasing process if they do not already have one.

  • What forms of payment does Amazon Pay accept?

    Any of the payment methods available on the buyer's account can be used with Amazon Pay. Note that gift cards entered into your account cannot be used when making purchases with Amazon Pay on third-party websites.

  • Where can buyers view their Amazon Pay transactions?

    Buyers can see the status of their Amazon Pay transactions by signing in to their account on the Amazon Pay website.

  • Can buyers see their Amazon Pay transactions on the site?

    No. Buyers view all of their Amazon Pay transactions on the Amazon Pay website.
